Karachi (Staff Reporter) All the social and cultural activities in Pakistan, like the rest of the world, were completely wiped out due to the pandemic and lockdown for almost 4 months. However, as the normalcy began to return Kalakar Entertainments resumed the shooting of Qulfee film in Karachi with the aim to promote Lollywood films.
The heart throbs lauded the move, said that the activities of the showbiz industry was expereincing a complete shutdown as a result of lockdown but with the start of shooting of the film Qulfee, the colors in the industry have once again become afresh.
Film stars and industry luminaries said that the efforts of the producer of the film Dr. Mashood Qadri are commendable not only because he decided to shoot the film despite all odds but also because he had made sure to abide all the SOPs outlined by the Government and other health organizations in order to protect everyone from the Coronavirus.
The main cast of the mega budget movie includes; Javed Sheikh, Moamar Rana, Sana Fakhar, Shamyl Khan, Saeeda Imtiaz, Maryam Ansari, Shahrooz Sabzwari and other well known artists who are currently busy in the shooting. The movie is said to be picturized in more than 90 locations across Pakistan.
Story and the dialogues of Qulfee is written by Dr. Mashood Qadri while Saleem Dad, who gained fame in the industry as a DOP, is stepping into the field of direction for first time with this film.
